Ann Demeulemeester offers a refined return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned pieces must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all signature tags and packaging intact.
Request Authorization
Access your order history through your personal account or the guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in the original shipping box and ensure the Return Proforma Invoice is clearly attached to the outside of the package.
Schedule Collection
Contact our designated courier to arrange a complimentary pick-up at your convenience or drop off the parcel at an authorized service point.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier verifies the integrity of the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
